CONCERT
Futurism updated

A concert to celebrate the centenary of the publication of the Futurist Manifesto.
The concert will take place at the Embassy Theatre, Central School of Speech and Drama, Swiss Cottage, at the opening of its Theatre Noise Conference, in conjunction with the Estorick Collection and Derek Shiel, the Artistic Director of Sculpted Sound whose sound sculptures were exhibited at the Estorick Collection in 2000.
This concert will comprise a number of works developing the themes of Futurism, specially commissioned from Sonja Grossner, Brian Inglis, Roberto Rusconi, Tazul Tajuddin and Trevor Taylor. Featured performers are Sarah Leonard (soprano), Stephen Gibson and Rob Farrer (percussion).
