On January 17, 2009 on occasion of the centenary of Futurism – and the opening of Futurismo 100: Illuminations. Avant-gardes compared. Italy, Germany, Russia) – the Casa d’Arte Futurista Fortunato Depero will reopen to the public, after a long restoration by the architect Renato Rizzi. Rovereto will thus gain back this cultural center of production, now a renovated museum space, in order to present important pieces from the Depero Collection, such as large cloth inlaid works, which are the most precious and original pieces in this very rich collection.
